Welcome to Moon Bingo. These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and us (the "Company"). By creating an account and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these rules. It's important to read them carefully as they govern your use of the entire website.
1. Key Definitions
To ensure we're all on the same page, here are some key terms used throughout this document. Understanding these definitions is the first step to understanding your rights and responsibilities as a player.

These terms are fundamental. When we talk about your "Account", we mean your single, personal entry point to our services. All activities are tied to this account.
2. Your Player Account
To use our services, you must open an Account. By opening an Account, you warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a resident of Great Britain.
- The details provided upon registration are accurate and you will keep them updated.
- You will only operate one account. The opening of multiple accounts may lead to the closure of all your accounts.
- You are responsible for the security of your username and password.
We reserve the right to refuse to open an Account or to close an Account at our discretion. However, we will honour any existing contractual obligations. The privacy of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
You may only deposit funds into your Account from a payment method registered in your own name. We do not charge fees for deposits, although your payment provider may. The minimum deposit is £10.
Withdrawals will be processed back to the payment method used for depositing where possible. We are required by our UKGC licence to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure. We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 48 hours, after which the time to receive funds depends on your chosen payment provider.
